Construction deferral fees: Construction of buildings and structures on the lots must have begun within two (2) years from the initial date of purchase of the lots from the Declarant. Failure to begin construction of the residential improvements within two (2) years of the above-designated dates will result in the imposition of a cumulative $1,000 per Lot, per year fine by the Foundation.
